Managing stored

Understand information stored in your browser, and distinguish it from text you deliberately copy or download.

What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small values stored by a browser and commonly sent back with matching website requests. Local storage keeps values on a device for use by a website’s scripts. Session storage is another browser mechanism, generally scoped to a browsing session. These technologies can support preferences, but can also be used for tracking.

The core static pages and their supplied JavaScript do not set cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. They do not include advertising or analytics services. Reading a guide, expanding a disclosure row or opening the mobile menu does not require persistent browser storage.

What the website functions use

Storage behaviour of the core website
FunctionWhat happensPersistence
Navigation and revealsTemporary page state in memoryNo site-created persistent record
Message previewForm entries become text within the pageNot saved by the website
Copy messageText goes to your clipboard after your actionDepends on device clipboard settings
Download messageA text file is saved through your browserRemains until you remove it

Your browser may retain cached resources, history or form information independently of the website’s scripts. These features are managed through browser settings. A cached image is not an advertising cookie.

Consent and deployment-level controls

If a separate consent panel is displayed, use its controls to choose or revisit any optional technologies identified there. Optional analytics or marketing technologies require consent before use where applicable law requires it. Refusing optional storage should not prevent access to the informational guides.

A consent-management layer may retain your choice so it does not ask on every visit. Any such layer should identify its storage key, purpose and retention period in its own details. It must not be used to imply that unrelated tracking is essential. The core page functions described above do not depend on optional tracking.

Managing information on your device

Use your browser’s site-data controls to inspect or remove cookies and local storage for crewblomarblekisk.lifestyle. Clearing site data may reset choices provided by a separate consent layer. Browser interfaces differ; consult the help for your browser if you cannot find these controls.

Deleting browser cookies does not remove a downloaded text file, an email you sent or clipboard history. Manage those separately through your device, file manager and email application. On a shared device, avoid leaving correspondence in downloads or the clipboard.

Following an external link takes you to a site with its own storage practices. No external media is embedded in the core guides. For information about correspondence, technical requests and your rights, read the privacy notice.
